The elephant rock also is known as the Jabal al-Fil in one of the sites that can truly amaze its viewers. The rock is located near the Madain Saleh, Al Ula.
It’s a huge rock that is 50 meters above the ground. It is not only its size that makes it unique and astonishing but it is its unique design. The shape of the rock resembles that of an elephant.
The rock is a gigantic. You can walk under it and feel how small you are compared to the elephant. It seems to be a nice place for camping.
It is surrounded by an abundance of establishments. SALT restaurant, Jolt coffee, and even a beauticians are there. Activities like horse riding are also on-site.
If you are visiting Madain Saleh (UNESCO’s historic heritage site) do not miss this amazing, gorgeous Elephant Rock. It’s a monolith in a middle of other hundreds of rock monoliths around Al Ula.
