Guadix Cathedral or Cathedral of the Incarnation is a Roman Catholic church in Guadix, province of Granada, Spain.

The cathedral sits on the site of an earlier Hispano-Visigothic temple extant in the 10th century, and which functioned during the Islamic period as a mosque.

It was the principle mosque of Guadix when Muslims ruled it from 711 to 1489.

Mosque was built over a Visigoth temple.

Cathedral began construction over mosque in 1710.

During the Fall of Granada, Guadix fell to the Christian forces in 1489, and the Hispano-Visigothic church was reestablished as the seat of a bishopric.
